1
General Rules
1.1
Chapinwin.com ("Website") is operated by GEM Solutions B.V with its registered address at Kaya Richard J. Beaujon Z/N, Landhuis Joonchi 11, Curacao, which is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to offer games of chance under license number OGL/2024/1232/0584 in accordance with the National Ordinance on Offshore Games of Hazard and has its subsidiary company Gemplay Limited with registration number HE 456549 whose registered office is at Konitsis, 9A 6037, Larnaca, Cyprus, which provides management, payment processing and support services related to the operation of the Website.
1.2
The General Terms and Conditions are a lawful agreement between an account owner (user/player) and the company (www.chapinwin.com). All account owners registered at www.chapinwin.com should act in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
1.4
We call Gem Solutions B.V. "chapinwin.com", "Our Company", "We", "Us", "The Company", and we shall refer to the player as "You" or "the player".
1.5
Chapinwin.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Website", is an Internet gateway accessed online at www.chapinwin.com. It has all relevant information about ChapinWin activities and is used by the Company to provide services to its account owners.
1.6
Each game at ChapinWin has its own rules and conditions.
1.7
You can read the terms and conditions of every bonus and promotion in the "Promotions" section of the Website.
1.8
Users must use all the services provided by the Company in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable restrictions.
1.9
The text of the Terms and Conditions is in English, which has legal force. The translation into any other language is carried out for information purposes only. In case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English language text and any other language version, the English text shall prevail.

Create an Account
2.1
Before you start playing or using our services, you must register a player account at our Website.
2.2
You can create an account at www.chapinwin.com in several ways:
- By pressing the Registration button and following the on-screen instructions.
- By using other means proposed by ChapinWin from time to time.
2.3
Your account will be managed by ChapinWin and/or its affiliate and/or another company you entered into the contract with.
2.4
You must provide us with personal data during registration, which includes your name and date of birth, as well as contact details, address, phone number and email (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data"). To modify your Personal Data, you can contact our Customer Support or use the My Profile tab in your account.
2.4.1
The finance department may postpone processing a withdrawal request due to additional verification.
2.5
By creating your account, you guarantee the following:
- You understand and accept the existing risks of losing your money by using the services of the Website.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are over the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
- Gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction.
- You can enter into contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You are not banned from gambling.
- Your account hasn't been deleted for conspiracy, fraud, criminal activity, violation of the Terms and Conditions or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
- ChapinWin performs identity verification and payment authentication to prevent fraud.
- An account owner must complete account verification before withdrawing funds by emailing kyc@chapinwin.com.

Account Management
3.1
ChapinWin may at its discretion at any time:
- Reject a user's request to create an account.
- Block an existing account without notice.
- Reject deposits without explanations.
- Request additional documents at any time to verify identity. The Company has the right to suspend the account until the user provides necessary documents.
- Suspend or block access to the services, confiscate funds if the same payment details are used with another account.
- Store and manage users' funds in accordance with generally accepted financial management principles.
- Block an account, confiscate funds or reject claims if an account owner directly or indirectly violated the Company's corporate policy or is caught or suspected of conducting illegal activities.
- Suspend or block access to games, promotions, or other services if there's a legitimate reason to believe that an account is used for fraud or illegal activities.
- Suspend or block access, confiscate funds if there are reasons to believe a user is cheating or attempting to harm the client base or software.
- Suspend or block access if there are reasons to believe a user is using AI to play or trying to team up with another player or group of players.
- Timely suspend or block participation, forfeit or confiscate funds if the Holder is found cheating or has used an automated system designed to defeat the Client Application and/or Software.
3.2
ChapinWin guarantees:
- Safe and proper management of user funds.
- Collection, storage and management of personal data in accordance with Information privacy law.
- Storage of user funds in a separate bank account.
3.3
ChapinWin is not a financial institution and does not charge interest on registered user accounts.
3.4
You're not allowed to create multiple accounts: only 1 account per person. If a user has violated this condition, ChapinWin has the right to block and/or delete duplicate accounts, confiscate or redirect all funds to the main account. Any bonuses of duplicate accounts will be confiscated.
3.5
It is prohibited to disclose your account data to third parties, sell or transfer access to the account, or buy access to another account.
3.6
It is prohibited:
- To transfer funds from one account to another.
- To use payment methods of third parties.

Chargeback
4.1
According to the following conditions, any laws, regulatory acts, policies and provisions of the General Terms and Conditions, ChapinWin reserves the right to suspend an account for the period needed to fulfill a chargeback request.
4.2
Upon receipt of a chargeback request, a notification will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the owner's account. If, after receiving the notification, the account owner didn't confirm his identity and payment method, two additional notifications will be sent. A processing fee of €50 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for each email sent.
4.3
If the account is locked while a refund request is being processed and the user:
- Has not logged into the account for 90 consecutive days.
- Didn't confirm identity, payment method and details for returning unused funds.

Deleting Account
5.1
The account owner can delete their account at any time by sending an email to: support@chapinwin.com
5.2
In order to return funds on a blocked or deleted account, you must contact support to clarify details necessary for refund.
5.3
If you want to delete your account due to gambling addiction, or your account was blocked due to fraudulent activities, you agree to never create a new account on this Website. The Company is not responsible for any losses you may incur after opening a new account.
5.4
You can delete your account only if you do not have funds on the balance and/or there aren't any withdrawal requests in the course of processing.
5.5
If a player closes their casino account due to "problems with gambling" / "loss of self-control over the game" / "gambling addiction", they are prohibited from playing on the sites of the casino partners indicated in the license. The player undertakes not to open a new account.
5.6
In case of violation of the rules of the project, the casino administration can return the deposits to the player with the deduction of administrative commission up to 15%, depending on the player's payment method.
6
Deposit Rules
6.1
Any financial transaction via an account can be carried out at any time with the help of a Financial Institution or a Payment service provider. The method, conditions, availability and duration depend on the time required, the country of residence of the user and the financial institution used.
6.2
ChapinWin has the right to reject a transaction if an account owner did not provide enough evidence to prove their identity, age, location and ability to pay.
6.3
ChapinWin transfers all funds received from an account owner to their account. All user funds are stored in a bank account separate from that of the Company.
6.4
An account owner can:
- Deposit funds using only their personal credit card or personal account opened with a financial institution.
- It is forbidden to provide access to the account to third parties, including for making deposits or withdrawing funds.
- An account owner is not allowed to transfer funds to other players or vice versa.
- An account owner is solely responsible for compliance with the above obligations.
6.5
ChapinWin has the right to reject a bet if the name of the account owner from which funds are transferred differs from that indicated in the personal information and there is insufficient evidence that this account belongs to the account owner.
6.6
ChapinWin does not interfere with the balance of the account owner unless it is necessary to:
- Debit an account for a bet made during a game.
- Initiate a chargeback by request of the account owner.
- Pay basic bank fees for deposits and withdrawals.
6.7
The balance on your account may become negative if you have sent a chargeback request to a financial institution and it has been approved.
6.8
If an account owner requests a withdrawal of funds deposited or received as real money, but never used in games, ChapinWin will reject this request to prevent money laundering.
6.9
ChapinWin has the right to determine maximum and minimum deposit amount depending on the payment method chosen.
6.10
Some countries may ban gambling and classify gambling games as illegal. If you are a resident of these countries, please stop using the Website immediately. Users are responsible for their actions in accordance with applicable laws.
6.11
ChapinWin prohibits the use of the Website for money laundering. The Company has the right to block any suspicious transactions and notify the relevant authorities.
6.12
ChapinWin undertakes to check transactions of all users to prevent money laundering.
6.13
A user is fully responsible for paying and performing the necessary tax checks, as well as for paying all necessary taxes associated with winnings, prizes, their account and activities on the Website.
6.14
A user confirms that they are a legitimate owner of the money deposited, that the money is not tainted with any illegality, and undertakes to use only funds that were obtained legally.
6.15
You use payment services provided by Gemplay Limited with registration number HE456549 with a registered office at Konitsis, 9A 6037, Larnaca, Cyprus. You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated. For inquiries contact: support@chapinwin.com

Withdrawal Policy
7.1
At ChapinWin, we prioritize security and compliance. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Mandatory Verification: No withdrawal request will be processed until the player's account and identity have been successfully verified through our KYC process. This requirement is also mandated by our payment providers.
- Compliance with Requirements: Withdrawals are not permitted unless all anti-money laundering requirements and bonus-related terms (e.g., wagering requirements) are fully satisfied.
- Risk Assessment Discretion: ChapinWin reserves the right to review withdrawal requests based on our risk assessment procedures. Withdrawals may be delayed, restricted, or denied if there are concerns about illegal activities, bonus abuse, or other prohibited behaviors.
- Funds Held in Case of Breach: If a player is suspected of engaging in illegal behavior or bonus abuse, funds may be held indefinitely until the matter is resolved.
7.1.1
When verifying your account, you must provide:
- Color copy of your passport or driver's license with valid expiration date.
- Color copy of both sides of your credit/debit card (hiding the middle 8 digits and CVV).
- Screenshot of your bank account (IBAN, BIC, full beneficiary address).
- Screenshot of your electronic wallet with wallet number and personal data clearly visible.
- Copy of a utility bill (not older than 3 months) showing name and address of residence.
- In certain cases, a selfie with passport or driver's license in hand.
- Additional information or details regarding any deposit made.
7.1.2
All verification paperwork must be sent via email to kyc@chapinwin.com. Any withdrawals requested due to self-exclusion or responsible gaming will be thoroughly reviewed. Funds may be withheld until all financial requirements are met.
7.1.3
Account verification can take up to 48 hours from receipt of the requested documents, 9:00–18:00 (GMT+3), standard banking hours/days and provided that the documents are satisfactory.
7.2.1
Withdrawals can only be made using the exact same payment method that you used to add funds to your account.
7.2.2
Where this is not possible, ChapinWin has the right to choose a withdrawal method at its sole discretion or you shall be requested to provide an alternative payment method with sufficient proof that it belongs to you.
7.2.3
ChapinWin may require a first payment of winnings to be released as a bank transfer wire for the purpose of completing account verification checks.
7.2.4
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for providing accurate payment details when requesting a withdrawal or refund.
7.3
ChapinWin may choose a Payment service provider to perform certain procedures concerning deposits, withholding, managing funds and/or to facilitate the withdrawal process.
7.4.1
Maximum withdrawal limits:
- Per transaction: up to €2,000 (or equivalent).
- Per month: up to €10,000 (or equivalent).
7.4.2
If you win more than €10,000, ChapinWin reserves the right to divide the payout into monthly installments of maximum €10,000 until the amount is paid in full.
7.4.3
The minimum withdrawal amount is €20 (or equivalent) for all payment methods.
7.4.4
ChapinWin has the right to determine its own payment and withdrawal terms and maximum and minimum withdrawal amounts, which may differ depending on the method, account status and other factors.
7.5
All withdrawal requests are reviewed daily, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+3), and processed within 72 hours following a successful verification. Weekends and bank holidays do not count as processing days. Faster withdrawals may be available based on VIP status.
7.6
ChapinWin reserves the right to charge a processing fee for withdrawals.
7.7
Due to AML practices, the Player must play through active deposited amounts at least one time prior to requesting a withdrawal.
7.8
ChapinWin is not a financial institution and the funds in your account will not bear any interest.
7.9
ChapinWin is not responsible in case of non-compliance with withdrawal terms due to technical reasons outside our control.
8
Refund Policy
8.1
All refund requests are reviewed and processed at the sole discretion of ChapinWin, on a case-by-case basis, subject to risk assessment and internal evaluation.
8.2
ChapinWin reserves the right to decline refund requests if there are concerns regarding security, compliance, or any violation of our terms and conditions. Refunds, when approved, will be processed through the most appropriate method as determined by ChapinWin.

Disclaimer of Liabilities
9.1
A user shall be fully responsible for any activities undertaken on their account, including participation in games. The Website and Games are provided without any warranties, express or implied.
9.2
The company, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:
- Do not guarantee that the software or the Website are consistent with those purposes for which they can be used.
- Do not guarantee that the software and Website do not and will not have any errors.
- Do not guarantee that the Websites and Games will be smoothly accessible.
- Are not responsible for any loss, costs, expenses or damages arising in relation to your use of the Websites or your playing the Games.
9.3
You agree to respect the security of the company and protect them from any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities that may arise in relation to your use of the Website.
9.4
In the case that a game is "stuck" (e.g. connection loss during an active hand), GEM Solutions B.V. has the right to "clean up" such bets and refund the wager to the player's account. If the game has been aborted or miscarried on the server, the player should be refunded.
9.5
If a bonus campaign has been misconfigured, Gem Solutions B.V. has the right to alter Players' balances and account details to correct the mistake.
9.6
If a game contains a bug or misconfiguration that causes incorrect behaviour or payout, Gem Solutions B.V. has the right to remove the game.
9.7
Gem Solutions B.V. is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.
9.8
Gem Solutions B.V. shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with the Website or its content, including delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person's misuse or any errors or omissions.
9.9
Gem Solutions B.V. may remove any game from the Website at any time it sees fit.
10
Collusion, Cheating, Fraud and Criminal Activity
10.1
It is prohibited to postpone any game round to a later time when there are no wagering requirements. Users are prohibited from:
- Abusing bonuses or other promotions.
- Using unfair external factors and influences on the game result (cheating).
- Using unfair advantages.
- Opening and using any extra Duplicate Accounts.
- Implementation of fraudulent and criminal activities.
10.2
ChapinWin will take all reasonable actions to prevent and detect such practices and to identify the relevant players concerned.
10.3
You agree that you shall not participate in any form of Prohibited Practice and that you will report to administration about attempts to collude, take an unfair advantage or conduct criminal activities if you become aware of them.
10.4
In the case we have strong reasons to believe in participation in Prohibited Practices, you have made suspicious bets with other providers, you have charged back, or you are classified as bankrupt, ChapinWin has the right to withhold the balance, recover deposits, payments, bonuses or winnings.
10.5
Fraudulent Practice includes:
- Fraudulent activities related to charge-backs and rake-back.
- Usage of a stolen, cloned or otherwise unauthorized credit or debit card.
- Collusion with other users for getting an unfair advantage.
- Using false or misleading information in account registration.
- Any illegal act in any applicable jurisdiction, including acts of bad faith or to defraud.
- Opening an account with unauthorized third-party data.
10.5.2
Unfair Advantage includes:
- Exploitation of a fault, loophole or error in our software or third-party software.
- Usage of automatic players ('bots') or other third-party software or analysis systems.
- Exploitation of an error on the Website or in the General Terms and Conditions.
10.5.3
Bonus Abuse includes:
- A violation of Terms and Conditions of a bonus, free spins or any promotional offer.
- Creating duplicate accounts for getting multiple bonuses.
10.5.4
If there is strong reason to suspect bonus abuse, ChapinWin reserves the right to:
- Annul the bonus and cancel any winnings from that bonus.
- Block the bonus offer for the Account Holder.
- Block access to products.
- Block participation in any future promotional offers.
- Immediately block the Account Holder's account.
11
Closure of the Account
11.1
If there is no debt, you can close your account and terminate the Terms of Use on not less than twenty-four hours' notice. Contact: support@chapinwin.com
11.1.1
In the closure request you may mention the objective of your request and the reason for your decision. There will be a confirmation of closure and the date when it will be effective.
11.2
Any outstanding balance will be returned after your closure request, if there is no debt to us or any other Third party.
11.3
ChapinWin reserves the right to withhold any funds during or after closure if:
- There is a debt to us or any other Third party.
- You are suspected of collusion, cheating, fraud, money laundering or other criminal activities.
11.4
We could reopen your account after closure if requested. The Terms of Use will be in force at the date of reopening and any prior entitlements will no longer be valid.
11.5
ChapinWin reserves the right to close your account at any time and terminate the Terms of Use by sending you a written notice. We shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, refund the balance of your account.
11.6
If we close your account due to collusion, cheating, fraud, money laundering, other criminal activities or breaching of the Terms of Use, the balance will be non-refundable and deemed forfeited.
11.6.1
ChapinWin reserves the right to close the account unilaterally if:
- The user has not logged in for 90 consecutive days.
- The user did not confirm ownership of the account or did not pass verification within 90 days.
11.7
ChapinWin reserves the right to suspend your account as set out in the Terms of Use. During suspension:
- All activities will be suspended (deposits, withdrawals, betting or gaming).
- Any bonuses or contingent winnings will not be credited.
- We will consider the reason for suspension and try to resolve it in reasonable time.
11.8
ChapinWin reserves the right to void winnings, forfeit balances, cancel bets, terminate the Agreement and suspend or deactivate the account if:
- You have disguised/interfered with the IP address (e.g. using a VPN).
- You have used forged documents during verification.
- You are abusing bonuses.
- You are suspected of fraudulent, collusive, or other illegal activities.
- You use software-assisted methods or hardware devices during gaming.
11.9
In case of any violation of rules or suspicion of fraud, the Operator has the right to close the player's gaming account. If the administration or user decides to close the account, the full balance will be paid out unless the user is suspected of any illegal or prohibited activity.
12
Access to the Services and Usage
12.1
You assume responsibility for the quality and speed of your Internet connection, telecommunications networks, access devices and equipment. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by technical issues.
12.2
Using of Services in a defamatory, abusive, obscene, unlawful, racist, sexist or other discriminatory nature is strictly prohibited. Users must not use abusive or aggressive language or images, swear, threaten, harass or abuse any person.
12.3
You agree to use the Website for personal entertainment only. It is prohibited to reproduce the Website or any part without our express consent.
12.4
You are responsible for any content you upload. You guarantee that:
- You have obtained all necessary approvals and permissions.
- Reproducing the content will not infringe any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
- The content will not include offensive or illegal material.
- The uploaded content complies with all laws and regulations.
- The Operator has the right to use uploaded content at its discretion.
12.5
You upload all materials at your own risk. You are responsible for all risks caused by content uploading.
12.6
If there is a strong reason to believe your upload is in breach of the provisions, ChapinWin reserves the right to remove any offending content immediately and without notice.
13
Changes to the Website
13.1
We reserve the right to alter or amend any product or service (including pricing policies) available through the Website. Changes can be made at any time, but without prejudice to any games and/or bets already in progress. We may limit periodically your access to some parts of the Website for maintenance or changes.
14
Third-Party Software
14.1
Software may be needed to download and install to your access Device for making the use of the Website possible.
14.2
You may be required to enter into a separate agreement with the owner or licensor of such Software. If the third-party agreement contravenes the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will prevail.
14.3
You are responsible for ensuring that any Software is downloaded in a manner compatible with your device. We are not responsible for damage caused by downloading third-party software.
14.4
Any application downloaded shall confirm the agreement between you and the provider, as well as the agreement between you and Gem Solutions B.V.
15
IT Failure
15.1
If there are problems with the software or hardware, we will take all reasonable measures to remedy the problem. If the issue causes interruption of the game process, we will treat each case individually and fairly. If we have reason to believe you deliberately exploit a technical error for advantage, ChapinWin takes no responsibility and reserves the right not to compensate or refund.
16
Errors and Omissions
16.1
When using the Services you may have a situation when we accepted a bet or made a payment by mistake, including:
- Misstating odds or terms due to obvious error, omission or computer malfunction.
- Incorrect winning amount (including due to error in guide or technical failure).
16.2
ChapinWin reserves the right to correct any errors and at its discretion, not to compensate for funds lost because of such errors.
16.3
If you have received funds by mistake, it is your responsibility to inform us and return the money. We commit to make all reasonable steps for detection of the error.
16.4
We, our partners or suppliers are not responsible for any losses (including loss of winnings) that happened because of any error.
16.5
If you become aware of any error connected with the Services, you shall inform us as soon as possible.
16.6
ChapinWin reserves the right to cancel bets and withhold winnings if they were made using funds transferred by mistake. You shall repay immediately.
17
Exclusion of Our Responsibility
17.1
You understand and take all risks that can be caused by using our Services and gambling whatsoever.
17.2
ChapinWin provides the services based on a professional approach and caring for users, but we cannot give other guarantees about continuous availability, bugs, viruses or other errors.
17.3
We are not responsible to users for:
- Loss of data.
- Loss of benefit.
- Loss of revenue.
- Loss of Business Opportunity.
- Loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation.
- Business interruption.
- Any loss or damage (indirect, special or consequential).
18
Breach of the Terms of Use
18.1
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold ChapinWin and our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors and suppliers harmless from and against all losses, costs, expenses, claims, demands, liabilities and damages that may arise as a result of your access to or use of the Services, or violation of these Terms.
18.2
If you violate the Terms of Use, administration may send you a notification identifying the specific violation and requiring you to stop the relevant action. We may also warn you of intended actions.
18.3
If you violate any provision of the Terms of Use, ChapinWin reserves the right to recover from your Account any positive balance up to the amount reasonably claimed.

Intellectual Property Rights
19.1
All materials on the Website (design, text, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, software compilations, underlying source code, etc.) are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights. Hard copies may be printed solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.
19.2
It is prohibited to use the Services to obtain any intellectual property rights. The Website is permitted solely for users' own personal, non-commercial purposes.
19.3
User is not entitled to use or reproduce any trademarks or logos used on the Website.
19.4
You agree not to allow any other person to copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell, distribute, alter, or tamper with the Website or any part of it.
19.5
You agree not to display or use any materials on the Website in any manner without our prior written consent.
19.6
All information between ChapinWin and you is strictly confidential. It is prohibited to disclose this information to any third party.
20
Viruses, Hacking and Other Offences
20.1
It is strictly prohibited for users to:
- Damage the Website in any way.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers or databases.
- Use incorrect information when creating an account.
- Open duplicate accounts or more.
- Use any features that may affect the function of the Website (viruses, worms, trojans, logic bombs, etc.).
- Interfere with the functioning of the Website, delete or alter any information.
- Attack the Website via denial-of-service attack. We will report any suspected breach to law enforcement authorities and Interpol.

Users Personal Data
21.1
All information about you and your account is securely stored and remains confidential.
21.2
According to law, we must comply with data protection requirements. We take very seriously our obligations regarding your personal information.
21.3
Such information includes: your name and date of birth, your contact details, and may include information about your marketing preferences ("Your Personal Information").
21.4
When you provide your personal information, you give consent to data processing for:
- The purposes mentioned in the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- Other purposes necessary to provide you our Services, including sharing data with service providers and agents, and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
21.5
ChapinWin reserves the right to retain copies of any communications for maintaining accurate records of user activity.

Transfer of Rights and Obligations
22.1
ChapinWin reserves the right to transfer, assign, and sublicense or pledge the Terms of Use, in whole or in part, to any person without prior notice, under the condition that any such assignment will be on terms no less advantageous to customers.
22.2
User has no right to assign, sublicense or otherwise transfer any of their rights or obligations under the Terms of Use.
23
Events Outside Our Control
23.1
ChapinWin is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside our control (including telecommunications failures, power failures, third-party equipment failures, fire, flood, severe weather, industrial disputes, terrorist activity and acts of government). These constitute a "Force Majeure Event".
23.2
Our operation might be suspended during the Force Majeure Event. We will make all reasonable efforts to find a solution.
24
Waiver
24.1
The user shall comply with their obligations, even where we do not insist upon strict performance or do not have the opportunity to exercise any rights or remedies to which we are entitled.
24.2
Any refusal to comply with the rules of the Terms of Use is not valid unless its description expressly indicates that implementation is optional.
24.3
No waiver shall be effective unless expressly stated to be a waiver and communicated in writing.

Severability

If any competent authority determines any of the Terms of Use as invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, they will be severed from the remaining terms which will continue to be fully valid as permitted by law.

The part deemed invalid or unenforceable shall be changed in accordance with current legislation.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and legislations of Curaçao.
