At ChapinWin, we are committed to promoting responsible gambling and raising awareness about gambling addiction and prevention. Please note that Responsible Gaming features are available only after completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Responsible Gaming Account Settings
1.1
Account owners can block access to games for a specified period of time.
1.2
If we believe that gambling poses a risk to a user's social, emotional, or financial well-being, the Company reserves the right to suspend or block the user's access to their account.
1.3
Gambling can be addictive. If you find yourself preoccupied with gambling, increasing your time or money spent, chasing losses, or continuing despite negative consequences, we urge you to contact our support team to block your account.
1.4
Cool-Off Period: You can set a temporary break. During this time, you cannot deposit, play, or receive promotions. Your account is automatically reactivated after the period ends.
1.5
Self-Exclusion Limit: You can exclude yourself for a fixed or indefinite period. Your account will be immediately disabled, including promotional offers, and you will not be able to deposit or withdraw. It will be reactivated after the period ends.
1.6
Abuse of Self-Exclusion: If we detect abuse of this feature to bypass bonuses, wagering terms, or anti-money laundering procedures, the Company reserves the right to hold player funds until internal investigations are resolved.

Active and Inactive Accounts
2.1
An account is considered inactive if it remains unused for more than 6 consecutive months.
2.2
The Company may suspend or delete accounts if:
- No transactions are recorded for 12 months.
- Contact attempts by the Company fail, or payment instructions are not respected.
2.3
If your account is blocked or deleted with a positive balance, contact support to arrange potential withdrawal, subject to verification.
2.4
Inactive accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee of €20 (or equivalent in another currency).
2.5
Cashback-related balances on inactive accounts will be forfeited.
2.6
If no betting activity is recorded for 180 days, we reserve the right to void any remaining balance without prior notice.
