Bonus Policy
Terms applicable to all promotions and bonuses

Incorporation and General Applicability
1.1
This Bonus Policy ("Policy") forms an integral part of the ChapinWin Online Casino and Sports Betting Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") and shall be read in conjunction therewith. By accessing, registering with, or using the platform, the player ("you" or "the player") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by this Policy in full.
1.2
Unless expressly provided otherwise in this Policy, all provisions of the Terms shall apply. In the event of conflict, the terms of a specific promotion shall govern.

Wallet Structure and Definitions
2.1
Deposit Wallet (Real Balance): Contains player deposits and winnings derived from them. This wallet is divided into:
Unused Wallet: Holds newly deposited funds. By default, deposits enter here. After being wagered once (1x), the amount is transferred to the Used Wallet. Depending on brand-level settings, this balance may or may not be withdrawable until the 1x requirement is met.
Rollover Wallet: A non-withdrawable balance where funds must be wagered once before becoming withdrawable. Wagering with this wallet excludes P2P games and Poker. Once wagered, funds move to the Used Wallet.
Used Wallet: Holds funds that have already met the 1x wagering requirement. Wagers and winnings from this balance are eligible for withdrawal.
Booked Balance: When a withdrawal is requested, funds are moved into the Booked Balance until reviewed and approved by Payments.
2.2
Bonus Wallet (Bonus Balance): Contains promotional funds credited by ChapinWin (e.g., deposit bonuses, casino cashback, free spins). These funds are subject to bonus-specific wagering requirements before transfer to the Deposit Wallet.
2.3
Free Spins / Free Bets: Risk-free wagers given for promotional purposes. All winnings from these are first credited to the Bonus Wallet.
2.4
Non-Cashable Bonus: Bonus funds that cannot themselves be withdrawn, but may generate withdrawable winnings once wagering is satisfied.

Use of Wallets
3.1
Wagers are deducted from the Deposit Wallet first, then from the Bonus Wallet if insufficient.
3.2
Winnings from Deposit Wallet wagers return to the Deposit Wallet.
3.3
Winnings from Bonus Wallet wagers remain in the Bonus Wallet until wagering requirements are satisfied.
3.4
If a wager uses both Deposit and Bonus Wallets, winnings are distributed proportionally.

Eligibility and Acceptance of Bonuses
4.1
Bonus offers and Free Spins are available only to verified account holders who meet all eligibility criteria.
4.2
Unless stated otherwise, players must make at least one verified deposit to qualify for bonuses.
4.3
Players are responsible for reading and accepting promotional terms before participating.
4.4
Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting Customer Support before wagering.

Wagering Requirements
5.1
Deposit Wallet Requirement: All deposits must be wagered at least 1x before withdrawal.
5.2
Bonus Wallet Requirements:
- Casino Bonuses: subject to 30x wagering of the bonus amount.
- Sports Bonuses: subject to 15x wagering of the bonus amount.
5.3
Non-Deposit Bonuses: Subject to 30x wagering, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
5.4
Maximum Bet While Wagering:
- Casino Bonuses: maximum bet = 10% of the bonus amount or GTQ 50, whichever is lower.
- Sports Bonuses: maximum bet = 10% of the bonus amount or GTQ 100, whichever is lower.

Wagering Contribution by Game Type
6.1
The following table indicates the contribution percentage of each game type towards bonus wagering requirements:

Withdrawal Restrictions and Bonus Cancellation
7.1
Withdrawals can be requested at any time. However, if a Bonus Wallet balance remains, the bonus and its winnings will be cancelled.
7.2
Bonus-related winnings transfer to the Deposit Wallet only after wagering is complete.
7.3
Attempting to withdraw without meeting requirements results in forfeiture of bonus winnings.

Limits on Winnings from Non-Deposit Bonuses
8.1
Winnings from Free Spins or non-deposit bonuses are capped at GTQ 500 or 2x the bonus amount (whichever is greater).
8.2
Winnings above this cap are forfeited.
8.3
To withdraw, players must make a deposit and wager real funds after receiving a non-deposit bonus.

Fair Play and Bonus Abuse
9.1
ChapinWin reserves the right to investigate irregular or abusive activity.
9.2
Examples include:
- Arbitrage or hedge betting.
- Multi-account use.
- Robotic play.
- Betting systems (Martingale, Labouchere).
- Currency manipulation.
- Bonus stacking.
9.3
Confirmed abuse may result in:
- Bonus removal.
- Winnings confiscation.
- Account suspension or termination.

Expiry
10.1
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of being credited.
10.2
Certain promotional bonuses may carry a shorter validity period (e.g., 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or as specified in campaign terms).
10.3
After expiry, any unused bonus funds and related winnings will be removed from the player's account, unless a Real Balance remains.
11
Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1
ChapinWin may amend or terminate promotions at any time.
11.2
Bonuses are credited in the account currency.
11.3
Promotional communications follow our Privacy Policy.
11.4
Any attempt to abuse this Policy results in disqualification and possible account closure.
