Eligibility: This promotion is open to new and existing ChapinWin users who make their first deposit. Only verified members with a GTQ currency account registered in Guatemala are eligible.

Deposit Requirement: To qualify, users must make a minimum deposit of 50 GTQ in a single transaction. Accumulated or multiple smaller deposits will not be considered for the First Deposit Bonus (FDB).

Bonus Activation: The bonus must be claimed manually from the 'Bonuses' section in the user's profile menu, located at the top right corner of the screen. Players must activate the bonus within 168 hours of depositing.If the bonus is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited.

Bonus Amount: Users will receive a 100% match on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 2,000 GTQ.

Wagering Requirements: The bonus must be wagered 12 times (12x) before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Once the 12x wagering requirement is completed, the player may proceed with a withdrawal — even if the 1x playthrough on the deposit amount has not yet been met.Bets are automatically deducted from the Bonus Money Wallet first. If the player's selection does not meet the minimum or maximum odds restrictions, the bet will instead be deducted from the Real Money Wallet.Example: A 100 GTQ deposit receives a 100 GTQ bonus.
To withdraw, the customer must wager a total of 1,300 GTQ, calculated as:
• 1x deposit = 100 GTQ
• 12x bonus = 12 × 100 GTQ = 1,200 GTQ
• Total rollover required = 1,300 GTQ - 6
Bet Restrictions: Only sports bets are eligible for wagering. The following conditions apply:• Single Event odds: 1.50 – 2.00
• Total Odds: 2.25 – 4.00
• Minimum Multi Selection Number: 2
• Ineligible bets: draw bets, voided bets, refunded bets, cashed out bets, and opposing bets (i.e., betting both sides of the same market)
• Commission-based games do not count toward the wagering requirement - 7
Bonus Expiry: The bonus will expire 7 days after activation. Upon expiry, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the player's account.

Maximum Winnings: Winnings derived from the First Deposit Bonus are capped at 5,000 GTQ. Any amount exceeding this limit will be removed.

Bonus Cancellation: If a player cancels the active bonus before completing the wagering requirements, all bonus funds and any accumulated bonus winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus Limit: The First Deposit Bonus is limited to one per player, household, IP address, physical address, phone number, email address, payment account, or device.

Fraud and Abuse:ChapinWin reserves the right to disqualify users suspected of creating multiple or fraudulent accounts. Any associated funds may be forfeited, and accounts permanently closed. ChapinWin may also exclude certain events or leagues due to suspicious betting activity.
